Message from the President

After nearly a year of searching for a lot and trying to figure out exactly what we wanted to build, Tari and I have finally seen the footers poured and foundation laid. It has been an exciting and rewarding process to be part of.

To that same end, it has been incredibly rewarding to have seen the foundation that has been laid at Hy-Tek. The "Hy-Tek Employee Hall of Fame" will be chock-full of "building blocks" upon which we have constructed this company. From Bill Miller, Nyle Laser and Bill Slife himself to Dave Tumbas, Patty Thomas, Dan McDonald, Norm Horsley and all of the long-time employees, we have had the "best-of-the-best" from which to lay the groundwork of a robust and successful organization. To all the many Hy-Tek/Slife All Stars, we will feature your contribution for service twenty years and above in November. We will set the week before Thanksgiving every year as the time to recognize our honorees. The "Wall of Fame Plaques" will celebrate all of those who have been integral to the long-term success of Hy-Tek.

Thank you all for the solid work that you gave to ensure the groundwork from which we all build today. Thanks to all of you that still, yet today, continue to "lay the blocks" for the next generations to come. As we look forward to our second fifty years, our foundation could not be stronger.
